Payment by credit card:

You can choose to pay by credit card or debit card on the first page of the Shopping Bag.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Visa electron. If you use a prepaid or disposable card, remember to keep it after the purchase because it may be useful for a refund.
We guarantee that every purchase is made in total safety. Your payment information is collected through the most advanced technological system of coding and our store uses a secure server certificate Verisign / Banca Sella to ensure maximum protection.

Payment by bank transfer:

You can choose “Bank Transfer” as a payment method on the first page of the Shopping Bag.
The total amount of the purchase will be credited to the c / c payable at Moorer S.p.A. Via XXV Aprile, 90 37014 Castelnuovo del Garda VR.

PayPal:

You also can choose to pay with your PayPal account.

CHARGE AND BILLING

Charge of the payment:

For orders placed by credit card, debit card or PayPal, the amount will be charged at the time of order. Please note that shipping costs are included in the final price.

For orders placed by bank transfer, the shipment of the product purchased on janmayen.it will be done at the time of actual crediting of the sum c / c payable at Moorer S.p.A.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, FAULTY ITEMS, METHOD OF THE  RETURN AND REFUND

Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal:

You can return one or more products purchased by sending written notice to info@moorer.it.
The products must be returned to the courier within 14 working days from the date you received your order.

• The communication has to be sent, within the same period, by registered letter to the Seller via XXV Aprile, 90 – 37014 Castelnuovo del Garda (Italy), or by telegram, fax 045 6461924, to be confirmed, at your discretion, by registered mail within 48 hours;
• The product must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
• Products must be returned in their original packaging;
• Products must be returned to the seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept a single order returned and delivered at different times;
• Products must be delivered to the carrier within 14 working days from the date you received the products.
If you have fulfilled all the requirements, the Seller will refund the price of the products purchased, remaining at your charge only the cost of the return, those for the return to the seller of the products purchased. We will contact you if your return will not be accepted because it does not meet the conditions listed above. In this case, you can choose to have the products delivered at your expense. If you refuse the shipment the Seller reserves the right to retain the goods and the amount paid for the purchase of products.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Return of a faulty product:

You can return one or more products purchased by sending written notice to info@moorer.it.
The products must be returned to the courier within 14 working days from the date you received your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or for items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.
We can arrange the withdrawal with our courier and Moorer S.p.A. will pay the shipment for you. If you decide to use a different courier, charges will be totally your responsibility.

Time and modality of the refund:

After the Seller has received your return and verifying that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever the mode of payment you used (credit card / debit card, PayPal or bank transfer payment) refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible after it has verified that the withdrawal is made in compliance with the conditions mentioned above.
You will be contacted by our customer service, you will be asked to provide a bank account (IBAN and SWIFT code).

The refund will be done on your bank account. The time for the refund depends on accuracy of your bank details. Our bank usually makes refund within 5 working days from our request.

Identification tag of the product:

All products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the good. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag or seal because we will not accept return items that do not have them.

SHIPPING

Costs and delivery times:

The products purchased on store.janmayen.it are shipped by express courier.
Delivery times vary according to the shipping and expenses are included in the cost of the product you purchase on store.janmayen.it
Remember that delivery times are calculated considering only the working days and thus excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Deliveries to PO boxes are not allowed.

Countries where we ship:

We only ship to the European Community countries.

You can change the country to which you want to send by clicking the link to change the country of dispatch that you find in the corner of any page except the Shopping Bag.

Orders placed from the site of a country other than that of destination, or to an address not accepted by our courier (PObox Post) will be automatically deleted.

Track a package:

At the time of the order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link that will allow you to follow the progress of delivery. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and cannot make appointments. The courier will make one delivery attempt, leaving a notification on which you will find the number to contact him. The undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse. In case of failure to deliver our Assistant will try to contact you to verify the shipping address and to arrange a new delivery.
